Finally a good butcher in Unna again. The waitresses are all friendly and the meat salad is awesome.

Not getting chopped half and half. The staff made no move to produce any - isn't the store called Hackepeter so minced meat ??? What kind of bluff? Instead, they wanted to sell me Jägermett - clearly a Bolognese with Jägermett. One could have expected more from the "specialist trade", right?

A modern designed shop with nice staff. We respond to requests, the advice is great and the order was ready to be picked up on time. The taste of the beef was excellent. Thanks!

Great store with friendly staff. The offer is varied and you get good advice on the products. The ground beef can be freshly minced on request and is not in the display for hours. The delicious wild garlic sausage is also highly recommended!

Pre-ordered due to the mostly positive reviews of Sylvester ROASTBEEF. The meat was parried, very tender and wonderfully pink after low cooking. But ... despite BIO we missed the taste - therefore only 3 stars.

Without exaggeration, I must say that this is the best butcher I know in the area! Here you are always very friendly, the staff white clearly what it speaks and also serves a bit more unusual BBQ requests. Qualitatively you are always in great hands and it is always clear where the meat comes from. I was even offered to visit the farm from which the meat comes. Hopefully your shop will stay so perfect for a long time!

Very good quality and nice and competent staff. The lunch is delicious and plentiful. Unfortunately, the weekly schedule is often too late to find on the internet.

I come from Hemer especially to buy my grilled food here. The dry aged steaks as well as the fillet have a great taste of meadow, hay and milk. I like to spend a few euros more and enjoy. The sausages and neck steaks are also recommended.
